8. Recover lost notifications
You accidentally swiped off a notification that you wanted read in full, and now have the nagging feeling someone emailed but you aren’t sure. You’re in luck if you want to see all your notifications from Android. It is possible, but it is not easy to locate.
A screen-adjusting mode appears when you tap and hold an empty area of the homescreen. Select Widgets and then find the Setting shortcut. This icon will appear when you drag it to an empty spot on your home screen, drop it, and then click. Select Notification Log and tap the icon. This will open Android’s notification log.
9. One-handed operation is possible.
as the size of today’s smartphones increases, it becomes more difficult to use one-handed . Google’s custom keyboard is the default on some Android phones. It has a solution for this: a special one-handed option that can be switched to by a simple shortcut. This keyboard will be the default option if you have a Pixel Phone. You’ll need to download Google’s version on your Samsung or LG smartphone and then set it as the default keyboard.
Tap and hold the comma button while opening the keyboard. Drag the icon on the right to activate one-handed mode. You can move the smaller keyboard to the right or left using the arrow, while the bottom icon allows you to reposition the keyboard. The top icon will restore the full-size keyboard. Some other phone keyboards have a one-handed mode, but it can be more difficult to use than Google’s. Search for “one-handed” keyboard in your phone’s model to find out more.
