Davis’ siren made it easier to navigate the sparsely-populated highway. The majority of motorists moved quickly when they heard the siren.
Davis had to weave his way around the white Honda in order to avoid being caught. This resulted in a noticeable slowdown. Davis was soon at an enticingly close range, and almost touched the Honda’s back bumper.
