I love a good hack but the majority of them I find online are more like DIY projects that take four days and involve wooden pallets, buckets of slime and a flame throwing device. I want to do simple things every day that will make my life easier. I’ve already written a few life hacks posts and you seem to like them. So let’s continue!
1. How to fill a bucket of mop water if there is no hose available or the faucet does not reach!

2. “My hack will help you with your kitchen waste. Before putting in the bag, I mix cat litter with baking soda. The baking soda and cat litter absorb any juices from the bin, while the litter absorbs the liquids.

3. Use empty tissue boxes to store fast food napkins.

4. When you need a phone stand on the fly, use a crushed can.

5. “I make an ice block using silicone baking pans. They fit perfectly into these five-gallon jugs, and they keep things much cooler than traditional ice. “I fill up a lot every morning for work in the summer, and it has been a game changer for me.”

6. “I’m pretty proud of this. Use an old hanger to keep your bag of chips out of the sand.

7. When deflating pool toy, a small clip pinches the inflation nipple while you lie/lean/sit/stand on it.

8. Clean a coffee or spice grinder by mixing some white rice in it. This will catch any remaining spices and smells.

9. After 28 years of tomato love, I finally found a way to keep tomatoes on my sandwiches. It might help you too!

10. “Fry your eggs with a slice or onion to get a perfect fried egg that’s ready for a sandwich.”

11. Store your fruit salad inside a strainer in a large bowl. The fruit will stay above the juices and you can dump the juices out of the bowl by removing the strainer. Fruit stays fresher for longer.”

12. If you forgot your caulk guns, you can use a vice or a long-claw.

Finally…
13. Use tin foil for a smaller pan.
