Height
Someone who is self-conscious about their size may look up to others whose bodies they find ideal. They may feel inferior for being taller than their friends and, since they can’t change their heights, they look to their weight in order to achieve their ideal body. It is dangerous to try and achieve the same weight of someone much taller or shorter than you. This could lead to serious health problems as attempting to achieve an unrealistic weight for the person’s frame can have a negative impact on how their body functions.
