Hide her feelings
Surprised, they found that nothing unusual was going on in the house or surrounding it. Jackie was not even at home. Jackie’s car was missing. Pipa was upset, but hid her emotions. Someone would have called her crazy, or informed Jackie of what she did.
She couldn’t allow that to happen.
