A coronary angiogram can be ordered by a physician to confirm or rule-out coronary artery diseases. Angina is a serious condition that indicates obstruction and narrowing in coronary arteries. The coronary angiogram is a series images that show the blood flow through the vessels in the heart of the patient using x-rays. A physician can find and remove blockages from the coronary arteries by administering a coronary-angiogram.
