We all need creativity because employers are looking for employees who can see beyond the current situation and envision future possibilities. The creative workers are those who always ask why. Inquiring minds are more creative.

9. Problem-solving

How often do your go beyond the job you were assigned to and use additional knowledge, facts and data in order to solve problems and see gaps? It is important to be able to solve problems. Employers value those who are able work through issues on their own, or in a team, by defining the issue, brainstorming alternative solutions, sharing ideas, and making sound decisions.
