You don’t dwell on the negatives when you are resilient. You stay focused on long-term goals and never lose faith in your ability. Resilience helps you overcome challenges and difficulties. It also allows you to deal with stress in a more positive way.

Learning to be agile will become increasingly important as the workplace changes. Yesterday’s solutions won’t solve problems of tomorrow. Being agile means changing gears as the situation demands and adapting to your workplace’s, clients’ or industry trends.
4. Collaboration
In a world that is increasingly connected, we are no longer expected just to work as individuals or in silos. As our projects have grown more complex, the importance of working effectively in a team has increased. Due to the globalization of the workplace, it is important to be able to work in teams, collaborate, and share knowledge, and to contribute to a team that can take advantage of a variety of perspectives and thinking.
5. Verbal communication
