Ten Office Hacks for Productivity Improvement

9. Stand up at every hour

The NHS recommends that we ” sit less and move more “. If you are often at your desk, this could slow down your metabolism, and gradually weaken your muscles and bone over time.

Every hour, stand up for at least a few moments. Walk for 20 minutes during lunchtime and take calls while standing up.

1o. Multitasking is not possible.

Humans can’t focus on two things at once. Our brain quickly switches between tasks, pausing and picking up another.

Make a list of tasks, complete each one individually and mark them off. It will be much faster.

We spend a great deal of time at the office. Keep your admin at a minimum and make the most of that time. Drink more water.
