By preparing meals with whole grains, vegetables, fruits and fruits, followers can eat more food without exceeding the calorie limit. It can also help to reduce hunger. Breakfast could be a small portion of fruit salad, or oatmeal mixed with yogurt. Patients may also want to try a wholegrain piece of toast with slices of avocado. Ideal is to include a large salad with lunch and dinner. To control calories, patients should measure the salad dressing. Fasting days can also include desserts if planned properly.
