Guide To Recipes For A Whole30 Diet

Roasted Chicken And Potatoes

People following the Whole30 diet are still able to enjoy a classic meal of roasted potatoes and chicken. It is the easiest recipe, but it’s packed with nutrients. You may only need a few ingredients. Start by heating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. They can then gather 2 pounds of chicken, 4 diced potatoes, 4 sliced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary and 2 tablespoons olive oil. You will also need salt and pepper. All ingredients should be placed in a large bowl, and then tossed to coat.

They can then place the potatoes and chicken on a baking tray. The roasting will take about 30 minutes. The chicken should be removed and allowed to rest at this stage. The potatoes can be broiler or heated to high temperature in the oven for about five minutes. The potatoes should become crispy.
