Vegetarian Frittata
The Whole30 diet can be used to make a tasty vegetarian frittata. The preparation takes 15 minutes and the cooking 20. Two bell peppers will be diced by each individual. One green pepper and one a red pepper should be used. Next, they need to chop a half small onion and dice one clove of garlic. Naturally, people will need to crack ten eggs and beat them. Two cups of spinach roughly chopped, two tablespoons olive oil and a quarter cup sundried tomato are also required. You can add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. On medium heat, heat the olive oil in a pan. After the oil has been heated, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook until soft. It should take about seven minutes. After this, people should add the spinach, tomatoes, and garlic. The spinach should be cooked until it is slightly wilted but still vibrant. At this stage, the individual can pour the mixture in an oven-safe dish along with the pepper and salt. Ensure that the mixture has been evenly distributed. The dish can then be baked for 14 minutes. After letting it cool down for a couple of minutes, you can slice and serve. After cooking, leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
