Swelling in hands
Fibromyalgia patients may complain of swelling in their joints. Patients with fibromyalgia can feel “crawling sensations” on their feet and hands. It’s difficult for doctors to distinguish it from arthritis, but the “swelling of the joints” in fibromyalgia patients is not actually swelling but a sensation of swelling. Patients can find this feeling very uncomfortable.
