He was just about to leave when he heard an incredibly loud scream. Maria was there. “Dad, stop!!! “There’s something on this ground.” She looked like she had just seen a ghost.
Mary pointed to the tractor’s wheel, and Hans immediately jumped out when he saw it.
Poor Kitten
A sickly, small kitten was lying on the ground right in front of the wheel of the tractor. Mary would have saved the kitten from being run over by Hans if she hadn’t been outside. The kitten’s ears had odd bleeding spots.
It was obviously malnourished. Hans and Maria agreed to care for the animal immediately.
